Ingredients

  • Smoked white or dark meat Turkey cut into slices, see recipes in Notes below.
  • Brioche bun or bread of choice
  • Cheese such as Pepper Jack, Swiss, cheddar

Sandwich Toppings

  • Lettuce
  • Tomato sliced
  • Red Onion thinly sliced

Condiments

  • Mayonnaise plain or flavored
  • Mustard yellow, Dijon, stone ground, honey mustard

Instructions

  • Spread the condiments of your choice on one or both slices of bread/bun.
    Brioche bun, Mayonnaise, Mustard
  • Add cheese to one slice of bread or bottom of bun. Place toppings on top of cheese.
    Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Red Onion
  • Layer on sliced smoked turkey. Place second slice of bread or top bun on top of turkey.
