    Horseradish Cream Sauce for Smoked Beef

    A quick, simple horseradish cream sauce for smoked beef, particularly great with smoked prime rib and smoked beef tenderloin.

    Smoked beef such as Smoked Prime Rib, Smoked Ribeye Roast, and Smoked Beef Tenderloin are the perfect roasts for a special occasion. This horseradish cream sauce pairs perfectly with beef and elevates the meal into a truly unique experience.

    It takes only a few minutes to make, but it makes a world of difference!

    Ingredients

    You will need:

    • Mayonnaise
    • Sour Cream
    • Dijon Mustard
    • Stone Ground Mustard
    • Prepared Horseradish
    • Apple Cider Vinegar
    • Salt

    To make the horseradish cream sauce, you simply measure your ingredients into a large bowl and stir them together. It is so simple!

    Cover the bowl of sauce with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate until ready to serve.

    Serving

    Serve the cold sauce passed alongside your favorite smoked beef, such as prime rib, ribeye roast, or beef tenderloin.

    Storage

    Store leftover sauce covered in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 ½ Cups Mayonnaise
    • ⅓ Cup Sour Cream
    • 3 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
    • 1 ½ tablespoon Stone Ground Mustard
    • 1 tablespoon Prepared Horseradish
    • 2 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
    • ¼ teaspoon Kosher Salt

    Instructions
     

    • Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.
      1 ½ Cups Mayonnaise, ⅓ Cup Sour Cream, 3 tablespoon Dijon Mustard, 1 ½ tablespoon Stone Ground Mustard, 1 tablespoon Prepared Horseradish, 2 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar, ¼ teaspoon Kosher Salt

    • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid.
    • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
