  • 1 Leftover Prime Rib
  • Aluminum Foil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven to 300°F.
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.

  • Place slices of leftover prime rib on the wire rack.

  • Place in the baking sheet in the oven. Cook until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 130-135° F. This will take roughly 20 minutes depending on the size and thickness of your slices.

  • Serve the prime rib warm.

Notes

For food safety reasons, do not cool and then reheat your meat more than one time. Only reheat what you plan to serve and retain the rest in the refrigerator or freezer.
